I'm a student of Dr. Kalam, and I share his belief that education is the most powerful tool for human transformation. This isn't just a philosophy for me; it's the cause that drives me, professionally and personally.
This commitment took root during my time in Meghalaya, where I co-founded Nurturing Minds. Born at IIM Shillong, the initiative is still run by student volunteers today, focused on two things for less privileged children in the region: education and nutrition.
Seeing a spark of curiosity in a child's eyes, and knowing they have the health and support to chase it, is what I work for. Whether through scaling EdTech or grassroots volunteering, I'm committed to building a world where every child gets the chance to become an enlightened human being.
LOVE & APPRECIATION
Somewhere along the way I stopped believing that you have to choose between being good at the work and being good to work with. The best people I've worked with were both, and the two fed each other. When a team trusts you and enjoys the room, they take bigger swings and recover from setbacks faster.
So the feedback that stays with me isn't about the deliverable. It's when someone I've worked with says they'd sign up to do it again. That tells me more than any metric: that the work was hard, it was worth it, and nobody had to lose themselves to get it done.
