With nearly a decade of leadership at the intersection of HealthTech, EdTech, and Digital Governance, I like to believe that I am a strategic operator recognized for scaling products that impact millions. An alumnus of IIM Shillong and NIT, I specialize in navigating the transition from 0→1 chaos to 1→N systems. I am a performance-driven leader, with projects delivering an impact of over ₹11.2 Cr in annual bottom-line growth at one end, to architecting digital governance frameworks that serve 3.2 crore citizens across India on the other.
I’m a firm believer that the best systems are the ones that actually feel human. As a lifelong tinkerer and an avid reader, I approach every project with an owner’s mindset, which usually means you’ll find me in the trenches with my team, getting my hands dirty to figure out how things really work. I’m deeply perceptive and a bit of a stickler for the details, whether I’m mentoring someone through a tough problem or untangling a complex process. Beyond the metrics, I lead with empathy—a perspective sharpened by a rewarding, full-time parenting and a simple, honest commitment to building things that are efficient, enduring, and genuinely helpful.
